The Spokane Symphony and Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox started working with us in May of 2022. Their paid media strategy included radio, direct mail, print ads, and organic social media. They were looking for a team that could handle their digital paid media while also educating them on the platforms, best tactics, and strategy. Andrea joined their in-house team as the digital arm and has multiple campaigns running year-round through social media ads, display ads, and YouTube pre-roll.
We have established a weekly meeting cadence where we review ticket sales, campaign metrics, and upcoming show campaigns. Our design team is responsible for utilizing promoter assets and formatting them within the Symphony/Fox brand standards to design all social media ad creative.
We have seen instant ticket sales creating immediate ROIs on show campaigns and have reached new audiences and increased ticket sales for first-time Spokane Symphony attendees. Since May, we’ve delivered 2.5+ million impressions and 69K+ clicks, with CTRs as high as 5.6%.
