parT TIME / in-house
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to assist with scheduling, engagement, content organization, and research across multiple brand accounts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ropes of real-world social media marketing and your work will actually get published.
You’ll collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Digital Director to keep things running smoothly, and support content that reaches thousands of people every day.

Location: Spokane, WA
Hours: 20–30 hours/week
Duration: Summer or Fall Semester (with potential to extend)
Compensation: Paid hourly DOE
Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Write draft captions based on brand tone (training provided)
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, DMs) and flag anything important
- Conduct trend research and share ideas for new content
- Help with content shoots and behind-the-scenes support (as needed)
- Organize assets and track what’s been posted for each client
- Assist with basic reporting (monthly post performance, engagement rates)
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Recently graduated from a marketing, communication, journalism, or design program
- Love social media and understand how Instagram and TikTok work
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
- Can write clearly and adapt to different brand voices
- Are comfortable working on multiple projects at once
- Want real experience, not coffee runs
Bonus Points If You
- Have created content for a club, business, or brand
- Know your way around Canva, SproutSocial, or CapCut
- Have an interest in social, video, or photography

Content Creator
parT TIME (20–25 hours/week) / hybrid – some onsite content capture required
We’re hiring a part-time Content Creator to plan, shoot, and edit social-first content for our clients. You’ll be responsible for capturing dynamic video and photo assets, editing Reels and Stories, and helping shape the visual tone of brands across multiple platforms.
This is a great fit for a visual storyteller who thrives in a flexible, multi-brand environment and can execute content across a variety of styles from recipe videos to outdoor lifestyle shoots.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Director of Digital Marketing to understand brand needs and campaign goals
- Plan, shoot, and edit vertical video and photography for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create short-form videos, Reels, and light graphics/templates
- Organize, label, and maintain an internal content library for each brand
- Attend client shoots (as needed) and assist with creative direction
- Stay current on social content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
- Support visual revamps for brands needing fresh creative
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Are comfortable behind a camera or phone — both shooting and editing
- Have 1–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, or videography (freelance and student work count!)
- Know how to make brands shine in short-form video
- Are familiar with tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, or Canva
- Can manage multiple visual styles across multiple brands
- Are organized and can label files like a boss
- Are energized by creativity, collaboration, and clear deadlines
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with recipe, food, or product content
- Understand Instagram and TikTok trends and how to adapt them to local brands
- Have experience with basic gear (DSLR/mirrorless camera or high-end smartphone + gimbal, mic, or lighting)
