Biz Dev / Account Rep

Business Development Chops: You would be responsible for effectively connecting TWS with businesses that need our services through cold-calling, networking, and building relationships.
You will strive for maximum growth and profitability by leveraging our multi-disciplinary creative and media strengths to the benefit of our clients.
Marketing Chops: You would be responsible as the primary communicator with clients and the ideation, negotiation, and implementation of successful marketing campaigns on their behalf.

Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities for TWS through:
- Cold outreach, prospecting, and networking
- Leveraging relationships and generating referrals
- Pitching to inbound leads with urgency and polish
- Consistently grow our book of business—locally, regionally, and nationally
- Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and actively work it each week
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals tied to revenue growth & client satisfaction
- Lead the development of strategic marketing plans:
- Client and market analysis
- Media planning and buying (traditional & digital)
- Campaign strategy, creative direction, and copywriting
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Digital, Media) to execute campaign plans
- Guide and oversee creative direction and message consistency
- Manage client relationships post-sale, ensuring continued value and growth
- Track and optimize ongoing campaigns
- Communicate budget status and campaign results regularly
- Ensure accurate billing and vendor coordination
Required Traits
- You like to sell. You’re not afraid to cold call, walk into a business, or follow up (again).
- You take ownership for outcomes and thrive on building relationships from scratch
- You know how to listen curiously, navigate objections, build trust quickly, and ask for the business
- You have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals
- You’re energized by the hunt and driven by performance
Other Skills That Matter
- Strong marketing instincts and experience building campaigns
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with media buying and placement (traditional & digital)
- Project management savvy (Asana, Google Suite, Slack)
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to lead internal teams and client relationships
